A handful mint leaves (choose the soft baby leaves)
Half cucumber
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger paste
1 lemon or lime
3 tablespoon honey
1 cup chilled water (filled water is better)
Iced cubes (optional)
Instructions
Put mint leaves, water, ginger paste, cucumber into the blender
Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender and blend the mixture well
Filter the juice, add honey and stir well
Add ice cubes if desire
